These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through riseanddefy.com.
Please read them before placing an order.

Pearce Buy Ltd is the legal seller of products purchased from riseanddefy.com.
2. Our Products
Rise & Defy sells apparel, headwear, accessories and other merchandise.
Many products are manufactured or decorated specifically after an order is placed.
We currently use third-party production and fulfilment partners, including Printful.
The fact that a third party manufactures or ships a product does not change the identity of the seller. Your purchase from riseanddefy.com is with Pearce Buy Ltd trading as Rise & Defy.
3. Product Images and Colours
We make reasonable efforts to display products, designs, colours and specifications accurately.
However, colours can vary slightly because of:
- display and screen settings;
- garment material;
- printing technique;
- manufacturing variation; and
- lighting used in product photography or mock-ups.
Minor production variations may occur with print-on-demand products.
Nothing in this section affects your rights where an item is faulty or materially different from its description.
4. Prices
The price applicable to a product will be shown on the website when you place your order.
Shipping charges and other charges payable to us will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Prices and promotions may change from time to time, but changes will not retrospectively alter an order that has already been accepted except where there is an obvious pricing error and the law permits correction.
5. Currency
Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on the website configuration, customer’s location or selected currency.
The currency and final amount payable will be shown before payment is completed.
Any currency conversion performed by a bank or payment provider may be subject to that provider’s own rates or fees.
6. Placing an Order
By submitting an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- payment cannot be authorised;
- an item becomes unavailable;
- we cannot deliver to the supplied address;
- an obvious pricing or product error has occurred;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or
- fulfilling the order would breach applicable law.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount due.
7. Fulfilment
Products may be produced and dispatched by third-party fulfilment providers.
Printful generally routes orders automatically according to destination, stock, product availability, printing method and production capacity.
Your products may therefore be manufactured in a country other than the country in which Rise & Defy or Pearce Buy Ltd is based.
8. Shipping
Shipping availability, costs and estimated delivery times are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Customs and Import Requirements
Orders crossing international borders may be subject to customs procedures and taxes, duties or other charges imposed under local law.
Where those charges have not already been collected during checkout, they may be payable separately by the customer.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, cancellations and defective products are handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Rise & Defy branding, original graphics, logos, designs, artwork, photographs and written website content are owned by Pearce Buy Ltd or used with appropriate permission.
You may not reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit our protected material without permission except where permitted by law.
12. Acceptable Website Use
You must not knowingly:
- attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
- introduce viruses or malicious code;
- interfere with the proper operation of the website;
- use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts the service;
- attempt fraudulent transactions; or
- use the website for unlawful purposes.
13. Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers to operate our business.
These may include providers of:
- product manufacturing;
- fulfilment;
- delivery;
- payment processing;
- website hosting;
- ecommerce functionality;
- analytics; and
- customer communications.
Use of these services may be subject to additional terms or privacy practices.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights available to consumers for faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming goods.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
15. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control where the law permits this.
Examples may include natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil disturbance, government action, customs disruption, carrier interruption, industrial action or widespread communications failures.
This provision does not remove rights you may have where an order is not delivered.
16. International Customers
Rise & Defy sells internationally.
Different consumer protection laws may apply depending on where you live.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections provided by laws that apply to their purchase and cannot legally be waived.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and contracts made through riseanddefy.com are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections applicable to customers living elsewhere.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version applying to an order will normally be the version in force when the order was placed, unless a later change is required by law.
